Warranty

Beyond your statutory rights as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all vehicles sold on a retail basis come with a complimentary 6 month warranty through our warranty partners, Warranty Solutions Group, unless otherwise stated.

The level and period of cover is extendable, subject to limits defined by the age and mileage of the vehicle being purchased. Cover included in our complimentary warranty, and all applicable upgrade options, will be clearly laid out to you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in our warranty product is designed to remove Revellion Motors Limited from its obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to vehicles advertised being "as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory condition" in context of market value, age and mileage.

Payment methods

All payments must be via bank transfer (BACS). We do not currently accept card payments, cheques or cash. Any agreed refunds will be paid to the client via bank transfer on a same day or next day basis.

Test drives of cars

Accompanied test drives are permitted once the client has satisfied themselves with the overall condition of the vehicle and our terms of sale. Accompanied test drives are only available to those who hold a valid UK driving licence.

Test rides of motorcycles

Unfortunately our insurance policy insists that all vehicle test drives are accompanied, therefore test rides on motorcycles are not possible.

Deposits on vehicles

Deposits on vehicles are non-refundable and are charged at £200. Unless otherwise agreed, we do not take deposits online or over the phone prior to viewing a vehicle in person, and we do not allow distance sales unless otherwise agreed at our discretion. Non-refundable deposits represent a commitment to purchase, and unless otherwise agreed, all clients must view a vehicle in person prior to purchase, to ensure they are satisfied with the overall condition of the vehicle and appreciate any imperfections that the vehicle may have due to wear and tear.

Courtesy vehicles

Due to our limited stock and available space, we can not offer courtesy vehicles ourselves in the event of a warranty claim. Clients should liaise with our warranty partners in this regard as part of a claim process.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited.

Additional information

All vehicles are to be paid for in full prior to leaving our premises, or prior to vehicle delivery.
Costs for any additional works, specifications changes and/or parts upgrades undertaken by you post sale (e.g. new tyres or replacement brakes) will not be included within a refund if the vehicle is being returned in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
