This gorgeous Monster 1100 Evo has just come back into stock as the customer who bought it originally has found it to be too uncomfortable for his arthritic knee.
The Monster 1100 Evo holds a very special place in the Monster story, as it was the last of the air cooled versions but enjoyed modern touches like ABS and adjustable traction control. With around 100bhp and weighing next to nothing, they're a really lively ride.
When this one first arrived with us, it was a 1 owner bike bought new at Seastar Superbikes and has covered less than 5,000 miles. That's incredibly low mileage for one of these as it has largely been in storage since 2016. Obviously it now has a very short term 2nd owner on the logbook, but he added zero miles to the bike.
The largely carbon accessories you see fitted to the bike appear to have been spec'd through the supplying dealer early in the bike's life in 2013, as we have an email quotation detailing the price of the parts. Highlights include the Termignoni exhaust, carbon exhaust heat shield, carbon front mudguard, carbon rear mudguard, single rider carbon race tail unit, various other carbon accessories and Rizoma grips and mirrors. The retro-painted tank covers, we think, are from Monster Art. All in all, very tastefully done.
Since the photos were taken we have also now fitted a brand new Evotech tail tidy.
On the mechanical side of things, the bike was serviced just 40 miles ago in June 2025, which included oil and filter, brake fluid, spark plugs, MOT and a new battery. We have also just replaced the belts with brand new OEM.
The bike retains 2 original keys, codecard security numbers, owners manuals and folder, a clutch of old paperwork, certificate of conformity and comes installed with a Meta alarm in working order.
We also have a further 3 service invoices (2 from Seastar Superbikes, including the first service done at 706 miles). There is also a set of brand new Michelin Power 6 tyres available with the bike by separate negotiation.
