A recent customer part exchanged this one when upgrading his ride to a Speed Triple 1050RS, and it really does make a fantastic stepping stone if you're getting back into motorcycling, working your way up the power ladder or just looking for a good value bike that can deliver a lot of smiles per mile.
This one has bags of character with its LeoVince cans fitted and it sounds fantastic. Loads of fun to ride, very responsive, super comfortable and plenty of power to keep things fun at reasonable road speeds. A great A and B road blaster.
It's done a few miles at just over 20k, but it had a full service and valve clearances done in 2023. We'll be giving it an oil service before it goes out, new brake fluid and a full 60 point PDI. A full, advisory free MOT until 26th February 2026, too. Lovely stuff.
Cosmetically it's in very good order given the mileage and age. One or two marks and blemishes here and there, the worst being shown in the final photo. Really nothing you wouldn't expect though around this price point.
Great value, this one. It'll make a very happy partner for someone...run it for a year or two, enjoy it, trade up.
