Ok, now we're talking. In our opinion, the Speed Triple 1050RS is one of the finest road bikes you can buy. It's comfortable, looks great, has loads of character, incredible build quality, fantastic sound, cruise control, quickshifter, keyless ignition, multiple rider modes and comes dripping in exotic kit from Arrow, Ohlins and Brembo.
Our example has covered just under 11,500 miles so our friends at DB Moto in Thirsk have done the big 12,000 mile service for us, and we're happy to report none of the valves needed any adjustment - in fact, all of them were slap bang in the middle of the tolerances. Lovely stuff. The service also included oil and filter, OEM air filter, NGK Iridium spark plugs, new coolant, new front brake pads and fresh brake fluid.
Previously in May 2023, the bike had its 6000 mile service done at Lind Triumph in West London and we have the associated paperwork. The bike has also been through our stringent 60 point PDI and comes with its keyfob, 2 further keys, owners manual, MOT until November 2025 and a 6 month comprehensive warranty which is extendable up to 2 years through our award-winning warranty partners, Warranty Solutions Group.
All it needs now is a lucky new owner and some sunny days.
